This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our store.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms below. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Shipping destinations

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries.

However, we may be unable to ship to certain countries, regions, remote areas, military addresses, P.O. boxes, or locations affected by shipping restrictions, carrier limitations, customs restrictions, sanctions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we are unable to ship your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an appropriate solution, such as cancelling the order and issuing a refund.

2. Order processing time

Orders are normally processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing time is the time we need to verify, prepare, and hand your order over to the shipping carrier. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

During high-demand periods, holidays, promotional campaigns, stock issues, or unexpected operational delays, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you.

3. Estimated shipping and delivery time

After your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated shipping time is usually:

7 to 10 business days

Estimated total delivery time is therefore usually:

3 business days processing time + 7 to 10 business days shipping time
= approximately 10 to 13 business days after order confirmation.

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your country, location, customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, weather, strikes, security checks, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping confirmation and tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we may send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your order.

Please note that tracking information may take several business days to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, this does not always mean the package is lost. International shipments may experience tracking gaps while in transit or during customs processing.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Any free shipping offer, promotional shipping rate, or discounted shipping rate may be subject to conditions, such as minimum order value, destination country, or promotional period.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for voluntary returns, unless applicable law requires otherwise or unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, damaged item, incorrect item, or item not as described.

6. Customs, duties, taxes, and import fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, handling fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, import procedures, customs inspections, or the customer’s failure to pay applicable import charges.

If a package is refused, rejected, abandoned, or returned because the customer refuses to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other required charges, we may deduct any original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees, or other related costs from any refund, where permitted by law.

This does not affect your rights if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or if applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

7. Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and written in the correct format before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the package, we may deduct original shipping costs, return shipping costs, carrier fees, customs charges, or other related costs from any refund, where permitted by law.

8. Delayed orders

We work to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe, but delays may happen.

If we become aware that we cannot ship your order within the advertised or agreed timeframe, we will contact you as required by applicable law and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a revised shipping timeframe, cancellation, or refund.

For customers in jurisdictions where specific delivery rights apply, we will comply with the applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Lost packages

A package may be considered potentially lost if tracking has not updated for an unusually long period or if the carrier confirms that the package has been lost.

We may need to open an investigation with the carrier before offering a replacement, refund, or another solution.

If the package is confirmed lost and the issue was not caused by an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect, or failure to pay customs duties or import charges, we will offer an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

10. Delivered but not received

If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check:

- your mailbox;
- your front door, porch, reception, or safe place;
- with household members, neighbours, building staff, or local delivery office;
- whether the carrier left a delivery notice.

11. Split shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages, depending on product availability, warehouse location, order size, or carrier requirements.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, each package may have separate tracking information and may arrive on different dates.

12. Pre-orders or backordered items

If an item is sold as a pre-order or backordered item, the estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page or communicated to you before or after purchase.

If there is a significant delay, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

13. Refused deliveries

If you refuse delivery of an order without a valid legal reason, or if the package is returned because you did not collect it, we may deduct original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs fees, carrier fees, or other related costs from any refund, where permitted by law.
